Return Policy:

We are confident you will love our products. If for any reason you wish to send it back, you may return it for a replacement product, gift card or refund. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.

When returning product(s), please wrap them in sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Please remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of your package. Please allow for longer processing time during holiday periods.

Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Orders placed by gift card, check or money order will be refunded to a gift card.

We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.

When you order products from Cortazzo Foods LLC you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products right to your door. Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

Please check all addresses carefully. Cortazzo Foods LLC guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote area delivery or for large bulk orders. 

Delivery:

We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Cortazzo Foods LLC and its carriers will not ship or deliver on the following days:
